ESA, Inc.'s multi-disciplinary staff is composed of dedicated and highly motivated individuals from a variety of scientific backgrounds, including: environmental planners, landscape architects, and scientists with specializations in wildlife biology, stream, lake, and wetland ecology, forestry, botany, hydrology, and geomorphology. We also provide a full support staff of research and graphic engineers.

Each project undertaken by ESA, Inc. is assigned to staff members in accordance with their areas of specialization as related to the needs of the project. All staff members are required to further their professional development through continuing education, professional associations, seminars, and research in order to ensure that they remain abreast of the most current environmental regulations and methodologies available. This continuing education enables us to provide our clients with the most accurate and cost efficient product possible.
