ESA is located in the heart of historic Annapolis, Maryland. Our office building was originally built as an Opera House in 1860, and staged such notable performers as Mark Twain. While in town for a performance at the Opera House, Mr. Twain was reportedly arrested on the U.S. Naval Academy grounds for smoking a cigar (a big no no at that time). Apparently, the MP did not recognize one the most notable celebrities of his time when he arrested Mr. Twain.

ESA is located on the 4th floor of this three-story building (figure that one out). In its days as an Opera House, this floor served as the dormitory for performers traveling through town. It's a very interesting space with 13' high ceilings and huge windows over looking historic Annapolis. We are thrilled to occupy the space.
